Help reduce health inequalities in Hackney Wick

Help us choose which issue to address in order to reduce health inequalities in the Well Street Common Neighbourhood (Well Street, Wick, Gascoyne, Frampton Park & Trowbridge.)

We know through local data and experience that not everyone in the Well Street Common Neighbourhood has an equal chance of living happy, healthy lives. The Well Street Common Wellbeing Partnership has been working with local health and care service providers to develop a new intervention/project to start to address the unfair differences in people’s health outcomes.
